Adibah is a registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner who obtained her double degree in Health Sciences and Chinese medicine from RMIT. She has undertaken units in internal medicine, musculoskeletal conditions, women’s health, dermatology, ENT and paediatrics.

She has extensive training in RMIT Health Science clinic as a student practitioner, together with her internship at Sustain Health where she had the opportunity to shadow and learn from our Chief Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Dr. Scott Ling.

As part of her clinical education, she has worked with many women to help regulate their menstrual cycle, relieve period pain, manage symptoms of menopause, as well as improve digestion, energy and mood. Other conditions she has treated in both men and women includes difficulty sleeping, urinary incontinence, constipation/diarrhoea, musculoskeletal pain, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis & rosacea), as well as management of stress and anxiety.

Adibah incorporates the Chinese Medicine perspective together with modern diagnoses to get to the root of the concern. She draws inspiration from her parents as she and her siblings were encouraged to use natural remedies to soothe their ailments since an early age. She hopes to help as many people as she can to feel their best by providing individualised and comprehensive care through a natural approach to wellness.
